The Royal Valley Estates Ltd (RVE) is a Ghanaian private Limited Liability Company established with the sole purpose of developing residential housing estates in Ghana. RVE is a member of the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association.

The Royal Valley Estates has acquired prime land at Baweleshie on the Accra-Dodowa highway for the purpose of developing about 200 residential housing in a gated community. The development is branded “Royal Valley Estates”

RVE has been planed by first class Ghanaian town planners to ensure adequate space is provided for each resident and public amenities such as nursery, shops, and health centers are provided. The RVE is just 300 metres off the Accra-Dodowa highway and is very close to the main water pipeline, electricity supply, and Telephone facilities.

RVE has arrangements with local Ghanaian banks who have indicated their interest to provide housing mortgages to prospective house purchasers subject to qualification.
